Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the New Nurse Clinical Judgment & Confidence Session.

Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice

Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may choose either a full refund or free rescheduling.

Late cancellation or first missed appointment

For a late cancellation or a customer’s first missed appointment, Circle of Care Education will provide one courtesy reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability.

If Circle of Care Education cancels

If Circle of Care Education cancels the session, the customer may choose either a refund or rescheduling.

Service scope

The session is educational coaching delivered privately through Google Meet using audio and screen sharing, with cameras optional. It does not involve patient-identifying information, continuing-education credits, or competency certification.
